Because the hacker attached the ID to his Facebook we had competing attempts to login to one ID. A day later I was granted access to my account after providing them with a new email. That day I got a support tech to reach out and ask for documentation, which I provided. He was super helpful and got the ball rolling. ![]() I got some initial response and was able to get some documentation to them but the communication stopped shortly after providing the docs.įinally I decided to go through the RAID discord and contact one of the “bug-report” mods. I got an automated response that day but didn’t hear from them again for a while.Īt the suggestion of an old clan member I create an new account in RAID and submitted a ticket. I managed to navigate to a place where I could create a support ticket without tying it to a plarium ID. Initially I couldn’t create a ticket because my email address was not associated with an ID. I wanted to share the things I did that helped get my account back, and things that didn’t work. I’m not 100% sure how, but I have a good idea (more on that later). They changed the email address associated my plarium ID, changed the password and connected the ID to their FB account. So my account got hacked over the weekend. Sorry, this is going to be long but hopefully someone can learn from my misfortunes. ![]()
